Business often spend millions on branding and logos – after all, it represents who they are and what they stand for. So, imagine a company using a torture and execution device as their logo… Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? But that’s exactly what Christianity, the world’s largest religion, does! Its defining symbol and message is the cross, on which its Founder was humiliated and killed. How seemingly foolish for a religion that promises life and hope! Yet, God calls the cross his wisdom and power. Why?
Join students from UC, ANU, ACU, and ADFA at Focal Point 2024 as we search the Scriptures to grasp why the cross of Jesus Christ is central not only to Christianity, but to the entirety of human existence, and to 21st century university students.
